Job Description In order to develop long-term strategic technical business solutions for mid-sized and enterprise companies, CoServe is currently searching for Infrastructure Technicians and Lead Infrastructure Technicians. CoServe's Infrastructure Technicians are responsible for providing on-site support services for clients to include installation, testing and troubleshooting of voice/data networks, fiber optic cabling systems, VOIP and wireless systems. CoServe's Lead Infrastructure Technicians are also responsible for managing a site and acting as the interface to the customer. Requirements: Site management Company interface to the customer Installation, testing and troubleshooting of voice and data networks Installation of data racks, wire management and all infrastructure equipment Align to instructions in form of Work Orders, SOP’s and/or Run Books Ability to work on overnight cutover projects Be familiar and follow all safety procedures We are only interested in candidates that want to be accountable and take pride in the work they do, and are looking for an environment that provides for skill development and career growth.
